Terms & Conditions
1. Governing Law
a) These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to laws of England.
2. Acceptance
a) It is not necessary for any Client(s) to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client makes or attends an appointment, then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
b) Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any use of my services implies that you have read and accepted my terms and conditions.
3. Commitment to my Clients
a) All treatments provided by myself will last for the specified duration purchased. i.e. a 60 minute treatment will last 60 minutes.
b) Treatments will only be conducted if I deem the treatment safe for the client to receive.
4. Use of Services
a) By using my services, you ensure that you have reached or exceed the legal age limit of 18 years according to U.K law for any service that is given to you. Proof of age can be requested if considered appropriate and service can be terminated if suspicion arises as to the legality in question.
b) The services are carried through between two or more consenting parties.
c) You acknowledge and agree that the massage services offered by me are for relaxation purposes only, I do not engage in prostitution, sex trafficking nor escort services.
5. Client Health
a) Disclosure of medical conditions: All clients will be asked about their health prior to receiving treatment from me. This enables the me to plan and carry out safe and appropriate treatment. Clients are therefore advised to disclose all known medical conditions, allergies, undiagnosed symptoms, medical treatment and medication received when discussing their health. Failure to do so may result in incorrect treatment, for which I can accept no responsibility.
b) Total contra-indications: I reserve the right to withhold treatment from clients presenting with certain health conditions, until the condition has resolved. This applies in circumstances when giving treatment may pose a risk to the client and/or myself.
c) Local contra-indications: I reserve the right to withhold treatment of specific areas of the body, if treating these areas may pose a health risk to the client and/or myself. Examples include open wounds, bacterial, viral or fungal infections. Massage to other areas of the body may be appropriate, depending on the extent of injury or infection.
d) Acute infection or illness: Clients presenting with symptoms of acute infection or illness on the day of their session will be unable to receive treatment, both for their own protection and of mine. Examples include a heavy cold, flu, stomach upset, high temperature and the sudden onset of a severe headache. Enforcement of my cancellation policy under these circumstances will be at my discretion. Clients are therefore advised to contact me as soon as possible, in the likelihood that they will be too unwell to receive treatment.
e) Alcohol/Drugs: I reserve the right to withhold treatment from clients who are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of their treatment. This is for the protection of both the client and myself.
6. Client Conduct
a) Client Hygiene: Clients are asked to observe high standards of personal hygiene and to refrain from using strong fragrances prior to their treatment.
b) General conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves with respect and consideration for others. I reserve the right to withdraw treatment from clients whose behaviour causes offence or discomfort.
c) Inappropriate sexual behaviour: I offer a professional relaxation service. I reserve the right to refuse treatment to or immediately withdraw treatment from clients who make inappropriate remarks or who display inappropriate behaviour during treatment sessions.
d) Termination of treatment: If a treatment is terminated by me on grounds of inappropriate client behaviour, the client will be required to pay the full treatment fee and will not be offered further treatment.
7. Payment
a) You agree to make full payment in cash on arrival to your appointment; alternatively, you may pay in full via bank transfer to myself before arriving for an appointment.
b) Payment will be collected for the full treatment price, provided more than 10 minutes has been spent massaging the client.
c) Invoices will be sent to clients who do not pay for, or who cancel treatments.
d) Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the issue date.
8. Cancellation Policy
a) A booking is confirmed once myself and the client have both agreed a date, time, duration and location for a treatment.
b) If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before a treatment, the client will not be charged.
c) If a cancellation is made within 24-48 hours of the treatment, they will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
d) If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the treatment, they will be expected to pay the full amount of the treatment costs.
e) If you have paid a deposit you will lose this for cancellations unless an alternative booking is made. A rebooking fee of £10 will be charged.
f) This cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion.
g) The cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days of the cancellation.
h) I have the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours notice.
i) I have the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if I am taken ill.
j) I have the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the client is intoxicated or inebriated.
k) I commit to rearranging treatments to a new time and date within two weeks of the cancelled treatment where possible.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a) I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of services after any changes to my Terms and Conditions will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
